Pyramid Health adds to the team with our new receptionist Lisa

This week we took the exciting step of adding Lisa to our front desk to handle payments, scheduling, enquiries and a whole lot more! Lisa brings a wealth of medical administration experience having recently moved to the UK with her husband from Townsville in Australia.

It’s only been a few days but Lisa is already settling very well into the role and we’ve already had some great feedback. There’s a noticeable buzz around the place too - but that might just be Lisa working hard!
